HIRAI DENKEIKI Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hirai") manages personal information based on conduct code which Hirai ordained. Hirai states "personal information" as the information that can be used to identify specific individual: name, address, and phone number etc.
Followings are Hirai's basic principles.

1. Collection / Usage Purpose of Personal Information Hirai will collect and use personal information only for fair business activity. We will specify how we use the information, and will ask for your agreement. We will limit usage of personal information within the consent of the person beforehand.
2. Disclose / Offer to Third Party Hirai will not provide personal information to a third party without consent from the person and except circumstances which is allowed by law.
3. Observance of Law and Ordinance Hirai observes applicable laws and ordinances related to protection of personal information for management and use of personal information.
4. Reference / Correction of Personal Information When a person requests to refer/correct his/her personal information, Hirai will meet the request within a reasonable time period and appropriate scope.
5. Governance of Personal Information Hirai governs personal information appropriately and strictly. And, Hirai implements security measures to prevent illegal access, loss, damage, alteration, and leakage of personal information. In addition, Hirai continuously improves activity regarding protection of personal information.
